📍 Hanoi – A City of History and Street Food
My adventure began in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, where ancient traditions blend with modern life. The lively streets of the Old Quarter were filled with motorbikes, charming colonial buildings, and endless food stalls.
🌟 Must-Do:
✅ Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and the Ngoc Son Temple.
✅ Try egg coffee at a local café – it’s creamy and delicious!
✅ Walk through the Old Quarter and taste authentic pho (Vietnamese noodle soup).
📍 Ha Long Bay – A Natural Wonder
Taking a cruise through Ha Long Bay felt like stepping into a dream. The emerald waters, towering limestone islands, and hidden caves made this place truly magical. Kayaking through the peaceful waters was a highlight of the trip!
🌟 Must-Experience:
✅ Take an overnight cruise to fully enjoy the bay.
✅ Visit the Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful in Ha Long Bay.
✅ Try fresh seafood while enjoying the ocean views.
📍 Hoi An – A Fairytale Town of Lanterns
Hoi An is one of the most charming places I’ve ever visited. At night, the streets glow with colorful lanterns, and the Thu Bon River comes alive with floating candle-lit wishes. The mix of Chinese, Japanese, and French architecture makes this town unique.
🌟 Must-Do:
✅ Walk through the Ancient Town and visit the Japanese Covered Bridge.
✅ Take a cooking class and learn to make Vietnamese spring rolls.
✅ Release a floating lantern on the river for good luck.
📍 Ho Chi Minh City – A Taste of Vietnam’s Energy
The last stop was Ho Chi Minh City, a fast-paced metropolis full of history and modern charm. I visited the War Remnants Museum, which offered a deep and emotional look into Vietnam’s past.

✅ Explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historical site from the Vietnam War.
✅ Visit Ben Thanh Market for shopping and street food.
✅ Try banh mi, the famous Vietnamese sandwich!
