一家人或几位朋友一起旅行，询价前先统一资料，能减少反复修改。以下是行程规划建议；酒店入住规则、车辆容量和费用须按供应商正式确认。
房间如何分配
列出每间房的成人与儿童人数、儿童年龄、双床或大床偏好，以及是否需要加床或连通房。不要只写总人数；两个家庭可能需要不同的房间组合。
行李和接送如何安排
写明大行李箱、随身包、婴儿车及其他较大物品数量。车辆安排要同时考虑乘客和行李。若分批抵达，分别提供航班日期、航班号、人数与酒店地址，并确认等待时间及额外接送费用。
预算怎样表达
说明酒店偏好、每天希望游览的重点，以及哪些门票或餐食必须包含。要求报价分别写清已包含项目、可选项目、付款与取消条件，确认后再预订。
Prepare one shared travel brief
For a family or friends’ trip, agree on the details before requesting a quotation. These are planning suggestions; hotel rules, vehicle capacity and charges need supplier confirmation.
Rooming: List adults and children in each room, children’s ages, twin or double preferences, and requests for extra beds or connecting rooms. Total passenger numbers alone do not describe your accommodation needs.
Luggage and transfers: Include suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and bulky items. Vehicle selection must account for both passengers and luggage. For separate arrivals, provide each flight’s date, number, passenger count and hotel, then confirm waiting arrangements and additional transfer charges.
Budget and inclusions: Explain hotel preferences, daily priorities, and essential tickets or meals. Ask for clear inclusions, optional items, payment terms and cancellation conditions before booking.
