多城市旅行不一定要每天换酒店。先把必须到达的城市与日期列出来，再判断哪些地方适合住一晚，哪些可以从同一住宿地点往返。少一次换房，往往就少一次打包、退房与等待入住。
按实际交通时间分组
比较路线时，把去车站或机场、等候、转乘及抵达酒店的时间都算进去，不只看地图距离。若当天还要赶会议或航班，建议留出缓冲，不把行程排到最后一分钟。
连续住宿与一日往返怎么选
连续住同一家酒店适合想少搬行李的人，但一日往返也可能增加交通时间。比较时同时考虑往返路程、房费差异、同行者体力和晚间安排。不要只为了少换酒店而每天长距离折返。
把行李衔接写进计划
订房前确认入住与退房时间。若计划寄存行李，应先向酒店核实是否提供、开放时间及收费；不要默认所有住宿都能提前入住、延迟退房或免费寄存。跨城市段也要检查所选交通票的行李规则。

English | Plan the overnight stops first
A multi-city holiday does not have to mean a different hotel every night. Start with the cities and dates you cannot change, then decide where an overnight stay makes sense and where a return day trip may work. Fewer moves can mean less packing, checking out and waiting to check in.
Group places by realistic journey time
Include travel to stations or airports, waiting, connections and the final journey to your hotel. Map distance alone is not enough. Leave a buffer before a meeting or flight instead of scheduling every minute.
Balance a fixed base against backtracking
Consecutive nights in one hotel can reduce luggage moves, but repeated day trips may add travel time. Compare the return journey, accommodation costs, your group’s energy levels and evening plans. Avoid long daily backtracking simply to keep the same room.
Plan the luggage handover
Confirm check-in and check-out times before booking. Ask the hotel whether luggage storage is available, when it operates and whether a fee applies. Early check-in, late check-out and free storage should not be assumed. Check baggage rules for each transport ticket as well.
