What to include in your enquiry
- Departure city, destination, return dates or an acceptable date range.
- Number of adults and children, including children’s ages.
- Preferred flight times, direct or connecting flight preferences, and baggage needs.
- Number of hotel nights and rooms, bed configuration, preferred location and budget range.
- Any airport transfer or private group requirements; private groups start from a minimum of six travellers.
Details to confirm in the quotation
You may enquire about flights and hotels separately or share one itinerary for both. Checked baggage, breakfast, transfers, and change or cancellation conditions must be confirmed in the specific quotation. An enquiry does not reserve flight seats or hotel rooms and is not a confirmed booking.
